I sincerely love my home. One of the reasons I moved here was the family friendly environment. I love how the kids actually go outdoors to play. I'm so appreciative of the new playground. As a mom it's important for kids to feel comfortable. I also am happy with the location. Everything is near by and all I need is just a walk, short bus ride or short distance drive away. The office staff is friendly and I love how they plan events for the community...

First and foremost the location and the convenience of these apartments couldn't be better. You're 10min from DC, it's a 5min drive to Wheaton and 5min drive to Seminary shopping center. The Forest Glen Metro Station is less than a 15min walk. What else can you ask for ..?

I’ve been living at here for some time now and I honestly love it. The location is so convenient, my neighbors are super friendly. There really is a great sense of community here. The ladies that work in the office are always so pleasant, and helpful. They seem to have a great relationship with the residents, and to genuinely care about the community. I see myself living here for a while.

I have been a resident here since 2002 and I love it here. The staffs is the best team ever. When we had the snow storm, I have never seen such dedication the staff put forth to keep the sidewalks clear and safe for us residents. The maintenance team is good and always responds to my service requests timely and the office is great as well. They listen and they genuinely care. I can't say enough about them. If anyone at corporate reads this, please know you have a great team here!
